By accessing or using Ermes Dance Academy β its platform, content, or services β you agree to the terms below. They exist to protect both you and us, and we've written them to be as clear as possible. If you have any questions, we're one email away.
What You Get
Ermes Dance Academy gives you access to a growing library of pre-recorded online courses β salsa, bachata, musicality, and more β through a personal subscription. Everything is available on demand: watch at your pace, on any device, as many times as you need.
Your subscription is for personal use only. You may not copy, share, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform.
Cancellation β How It Works
You can cancel whenever you want. There are no penalties, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew on the next billing date.
- You keep full access to all content until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- No additional charges are made after that.
Example: If you're on an annual plan and cancel 4 months in, you'll continue to have access for the remaining 8 months. You won't be charged again, and you won't lose a single day you've paid for.
To cancel, go to your account settings β or email us at info@ermesdance.com and we'll handle it for you within 48 business hours.
Subscription & Billing
We offer two subscription options:
Both plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal is charged to the same payment method used originally. We are not responsible for failed renewals due to expired cards or outdated billing details β please keep yours up to date.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to initial subscriptions, renewals, and any other transactions β including accidental purchases or periods of non-use.
We don't offer refunds, but we do offer something better: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. You're never locked in beyond what you've already paid.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and not sharing your account with others. Please also keep your billing information accurate and current. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules may be suspended or terminated.
Intellectual Property
All videos, course materials, branding, graphics, and content on the platform belong exclusively to Ermes Dance Academy. Your subscription gives you a personal licence to watch β not to own, copy, or distribute.
Unauthorised sharing or republication of our content may result in legal action.
Liability
We are not liable for technical interruptions, platform downtime, data loss, or any physical injury resulting from incorrect execution of movements shown in our courses. Always practise in a safe environment and at your own pace.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms β including unauthorised distribution of content, platform abuse, attempted fraud, or unjustified chargebacks. Termination for breach does not entitle the user to a refund.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that state.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
